Affirmations
The affirmations technique is based on intentional living. By repeating positive statements
that relate to your life, problems or desires, energy is generated creating personal power
that continues to work even after verbal affirmations have stopped.
Affirmations Tips:
Affirmations are statements or intentions spoken in an affirmative or positive way.
Instead of saying, "I don't want to be sick," say the affirmative or positive of that statement,
"I am healthy and well."
Here are more examples. The most powerful affirmations are said in your own words.
