To calculate the estimated arrival dates, we add the time it takes to process your order before it ships plus the time it takes to arrive at your shipping address after it leaves our warehouse. Most packages in your order can be tracked via our carriers' websites. It may take up to 1 business day for your information to be posted on the carrier's website from the date your order is shipped. Order tracking is available for orders placed within the last 60 days. Sign in to your account to track a shipped order. We're sorry, at this time we cannot provide tracking information for international shipments. Please note: MandalaMagnets.com does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, including unforeseen delays. Shipping Methods We offer several shipping methods to choose from. You will see which shipping methods are available for your shipping address during checkout. Depending on where your order is shipped, the following shipping methods and estimated arrival times may be available:
1 Day Shipping Most items ordered by noon EST on a business day will arrive next business day. Orders placed after noon EST will arrive in 2 business days. Large orders that contain more than 100 items, books and other items that may require longer processing times will arrive the next business day after they are processed and shipped. Shipping Costs We calculate shipping cost for each shipping method based on the type and quantity of items in your order. For instance, an order that contains 2 single magnet items costs less to ship than an order containing a magnet item and a framed print item. You will see the shipping and handling charges in the cart and checkout. In general, shipping and handling charges are as follows: All items (except single Magnets, single CDs, single Stickers, single Buttons, and single Greeting Cards)
Orders placed that include Posters, Yard Signs, Banners and Framed Prints are shipped in separate packages. If your order contains a Poster, Yard Sign, Banner or Framed Print and another item, you will be charged 2 first item shipping costs. In most cases, Economy shipping is not available for orders of more than 5 items due to our carrier's weight restrictions. Examples for Economy shipping:

Canada & International Orders MandalaMagnets does offer shipping to Canada and other countries outside the U.S. However, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from MandalaMagnets, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. For instance, orders containing a 10 pack of Round Magnets and a single Rectangle Magnet will be listed in a way similar to the following example:
Multiple Shipments The items in your order may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure that they arrive on time and undamaged. Most packages are trackable via the carriers' websites. Sign in to your account to track an order. Packages that are trackable will have a 'Track' button on the Order History and Order Detail page. Returns & Exchanges MandalaMagnets.com offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact support@cafepress.com for a request form, and we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable. CD Return Policy CDs purchased from MandalaMagnets.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment via our CafePress.com Returns Center (Toll free: 1.877.809.1659). CDs must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap. Defective CDs will be exchanged for the same CD title. |
